Anxiety doesn't need to keep undermining your life. Struggling with anxiety can mean that on the outside, you look like you have it all together but inside you feel a tightness in your chest, a sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach, a nagging in the back of your mind. Anxiety can keep you from being present with others, it might be speaking worries and fears about your future, and reminding you of past regrets, keeping you awake at night; it can be overwhelming!
